When you order a product ,just like all other purchases, there is a contract in place for that sale.
Your order through this site for a product/s is an offer made from you to buy from us.
When we receive your order,we will send you an order confirmation email listing each product that you have requested to buy ,and an estimated delivery date.
This order confirmation email is us, accepting your offer. At that point a contract will be made between us for you to buy the product/s,and for us to sell,the product/s that you have requested to buy.
We will inform you via email as soon as the product/s is dispatched.

Our prices include VAT but EXCLUDE delivery costs, and gift packaging.
The gift packaging is optional ( again as we are a start up company trying to manufacture products in the UK as much as possible, and supporting ethical and fair trade , we cannot offer this as a free service as yet, with your support as we grow this should hopefully change), and the delivery service will be added to the amount due.
We try to make sure everything is correct , however it is always possible that despite our best efforts,some products are incorrectly priced.
if this is the case if the price is higher than that shown, we will contact you and ask if you want to proceed at the correct price, or we may contact to you to inform you that we have cancelled your order, and you will need to place a new order at the correct price if you wish to do so.
If the price is lower that the price shown then we will charge you the lower price at despatch.
We accept payment via By placing an order on the site, you confirm that the payment details provided by you are valid and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. once gin we thank you for your support and custom.As we are a start up company, we are relying on royal mail for our deliveries, so our delivery dates are NOT guaranteed and are estimates.
Subject to stock availability we aim to despatch a product before 13.00 pm on the same working day.
We will always try to fulfil orders placed, but our responsibility to you where we are unable to supply a particular product for whatever reason, is to make sure we do not charge you and to contact you and see if you are happy to wait for the product or cancel your order.
As a start up company who are trying to support British industry and fare trade, we will have to charge for deliveries but again with your support we hope to change this in the future.
Under the Consumer Contracts(Information,cancelation and Additional charges) Regulations 2013, you have until 14 days after you receive certain products to tell a retailer that you’ve changed your mind and would like to send it back.
However in addition to this consumer right , it allows businesses like this site to withhold refunds for cancelled purchases until the consumer has returned the goods or can show evidence that they have been returned. REASONABLE DEDUCTIONS FROM REFUNDS CAN BE MADE FOR UNWANTED ITEMS IF THE CUSTOMER HAS USED THE ITEM BEFORE RETURNING.
This regulation also puts a duty of care on you to take good care of the product before sending it back.
This does not mean that that you cannot try the product or inspect it to see if its right for you.
However we would want the items sent back in the same condition found labels etc in tact with original packaging intact.
If the goods are faulty,then we will pay for you to send them back, however if you have just changed your mind then we will ask you to pay for the cost of returning the goods.
Once again as we grow we hope to change this term and condition.
It is very important that each product/s use and care instruction is followed properly.
For garments it is important that you follow the washing instructions fully, as stated on the wash care labels.
Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality checked prior to leaving the manufacturers.
It is your responsibility to take care of the product you have purchased.
We are not responsible if you have not followed the care instructions.
